I have over 30 years experience in the pest control industry and over 20 years experience in the construction/building inspection industry with both residential and commercial structures. I am credentialed in several areas.  

I offer experience, knowledge, training, and credentials to the legal community as an Expert Witness for matters such as water intrusion with microbial/mold growth, building defect complaints with emphasis on Code and Standard compliance, and wood destroying organism (termite) complaints. Of particular interest are school and commercial building matters.
